Tracking and Insurance:
All item will be shipped with tracking. We will not ship using methods that do not provide evidence of delivery.
Depending on the value and type of each item, we may insure the shipment at our expense.
If we do not insure a shipment, we will replace it or refund the purchase price if it is lost or damaged in transit.
If a shipment that is insured is lost or damaged in transit, then the customer MUST assist with filing an insurance claim with the carrier. Refusing to cooperate with filing a claim will be considered to be waiving any right to replacement/refund.

Warranties and Returns:
If we ship the wrong item we will replace it at our expense, including return shipping if applicable.

If an item is defective when received, please notify us within 5 business days. Unless the item is described as "As-Is" when sold, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price upon receiving the returned item in the same condition as it was when shipped. We will not offer any replacement or refund for items damaged by customer or items returned with parts missing or different from those it shipped with.

Items returned at customers request will be charged a 10% restocking fee if received in exact condition shipped. Items used or damaged by customer will not be refunded.

General:
We offer quality items at a huge discount from normal prices. That means we do not have the profit margin to ignore fraud, or to offer "no questions asked" free returns.
If good products and low prices are your main concern, then you're at the right place. If return policies are more important than value, then please go elsewhere to borrow/test/fondle the merchandise.
On the other hand, if you really do need to borrow/rent an item, or need a sample to evaluate: Contact us. We're actually pretty easy to get along with.

Privacy:
With the single exception of providing a delivery address to USPS, Fedex or other carrier, we will not sell, give or otherwise transfer any customer data to anyone.
